Got a question for the next round of ASK MATTY, then post your question HERE
1. Why is Atrocitus part of the club (when Red Lanterns have their own monthly title as well as upcoming representation in the GL animated cartoon), while Larfleeze in the retail mix?
We thought that DC Universe fans who subscribed to Club Infinite Earths would be excited by Atrocitus…and based on fan reaction online, it seems that that’s indeed the case!
2. Is there a chance we can see double jointed molds and change the bulky First Appearance Batman body for a more slicker and classic look, like Creeper´s bulk?
We agree that the character should have a sleeker appearance, so we’ve used a sleeker male torso.
3. Do you have an estimated street date for the DC Universe All-Star collection?
The DC Universe All-Star figures should hit shelves by mid-year. Before that, be on the lookout for Wave 20 with the Fan’s Choice Collect-and-Connect: Nekron!
4. Are there any Mattel plans for Green Lantern Animated Series figures, either as a new line or included in an already existing line?
We are very excited for the show, but do not have set plans for a toy line yet. Stay tuned.
5. A lot of companies based in the USA allow their EU customers to have the option to pay their sales tax and customs at time of purchase (much like how state sales tax is applied to some USA residents’ purchases). Considering this saves the EU customers so much money (the postage companies’ processing fees for sales tax are often more than triple the tax owed), will Digital River begin offering this?
We are constantly looking into new shipping options to accommodate overseas customers and hope to have updates in 2012 to share!
