4. Content Similar to Yours
You acknowledge that content similar or identical to the Content you submit (“Similar or Identical Content”) may have been or may in the future be submitted to the Company by other persons, or may have been or may in the future be made public by other persons. You agree that you are not entitled to any compensation, will not assert any claim against the Company, and the Company will not be liable to you, for any matter relating to such Similar or Identical Content, including the reproduction, sale, distribution, public display, public performance, exploitation of, and the making of derivative works based on such Similar or Identical Content. You acknowledge that it would not be feasible for the Company to provide a creator submission service without your agreement to the terms of this section 4.

Similar sure but ‘Identical content’.

Waiting on Kory and Raven to show up, still. I’m guessing Raven was passed over in favor of teen-Zatanna? Kory would work with the invasion/anti-alien arc. Maybe you could have Kory land in Russia and she and Red Star become a duo before encountering Dick and the rest?

Mal as Guardian? I missed that era, but I can see it happening, esp now that Karen is Bumblebee. I also mostly know Golden Eagle from Titans Hunt, so loving that armor shot over the hand-me-down Hawkman outfit.

I can get behind Damage, as long as they don’t make him “I get angry and blow up!” version. ugh. Ray is another 90s young hero I can support.

Firestorm – what about the Ronnie & Jason version? Most of the crap Jason caught was because of how they MIS-handled Ronnie’s exit, but I was enjoying their merge from Brightest Day and somewhat in nu52.

Sly over Courtney? I like it, but will it pass Mr. Chief Creative Officer Johns, who will likely have a say? Maybe have both and make them step-siblings, like a new Wonder Twins? (I will admit to buying an extra Artemis to custom YJ Courtney.)

Okay, for your questions! Looking back they do refer to to the “cretinous rebels” who were attempting an attack through the technodrome as the NRF. I must have missed that on my first read through. Being four or five years old when the series ended can explain why I did not use “technodrome” originally in my terminology. But I give this issue a 4 out of 5 if we’re taking numbers down.
